WHY BOX NEEDS YOUWe are hiring an Executive Talent Experience Specialist to join our small and mighty team to support our global executive search efforts. This role is instrumental in providing our executive level candidates with a delightful, high touch experience when they are onsite at our Redwood City Office Hub and be an important partner to the other executive talent experience leads, executive talent partners and interview teams when it comes to scheduling, search logistics and virtual candidate experiences. Our team is responsible for the entire executive talent lifecycle at Box, starting with attracting the best talent all the way through successful onboarding and beyond to support Box's business goals and growth trajectory. One of Box's core values is "blowing our customers' minds" and this role will play a crucial role in "blowing our candidates' minds".

WHAT YOU'LL DO

Establish a world class, high touch candidate experience in close collaboration with the executive search team and hiring teams, including executive leadership, cross-functional teams (people operations, EAs, etc.), executive candidates, and more to ensure smooth and consistent hiring experiencesBe the point of contact for candidates and your internal team(s) onsite to ensure that they have everything they need to be successful in their conversations / interviewsPrepare conference rooms for scheduled interviewsMaintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information with discretionContribute to ad-hoc executive search related projects as assigned by the team to support growth and scale, as well as further your own development, for example XLT onboarding program, talent events, team enablement, and much more

WHO YOU ARE

Experience in customer service and / or hospitality, with a strong focus on providing exceptional guest experiencesYou're organized, with great attention to detail to ensure consistent and accurate scheduling while dealing with a high volume of requests and calendarsYou build strong relationships with interviewers, teammates, and other stakeholdersYou have a service-oriented mindset, strong problem-solving skills, and the ability to prioritize tasks, while keeping others in the loopYou operate with integrity, discretion, thoughtfulness and respect while engaging with schedules or confidential / sensitive informationYou embrace change and effectively organize and adjust work based on business priorities, to achieve high quality resultsYou demonstrate proactive ownership by offering innovative and constructive ideas to further our team's success and enhance our coordination workflowsYou have a positive mindset, demonstrating resilience in high-pressure situations while maintaining humility and composureYou have a team-centric mindset and demonstrated ability to succeed in a collaborative environmentYou love to learn and are open to new technologies (i.e. Box, Thrive, Greenhouse)High school degree with 2+ years of related experience or an Associate's/Bachelor's degree in lieu of experience
