The Role:

Executive Assistant to the PresidentPulse Evangelism is a Christian, non-profit organization founded in 2006 to see the Gospel spread, through live events, digital ministry, training young evangelists and leaders, and working in deep partnership across generations. Pulse Evangelism is a global movement that is committed to evangelism and discipleship. Through face-to-face and digital platforms, Pulse Evangelism exists to Make Jesus Known and raise up the generation of evangelists.The Executive Assistant to the Founder & President will support the mission of Pulse Evangelism and the Executive Office by handling a variety of executive-level administrative, project management, and leadership functions. This position will also enhance the effectiveness of the Executive Office by providing information and management support, in addition to representing Nick Hall and the team to others both internally and externally.Job Description

The Executive Assistant to the President Responsibilities Include:Administratively support the Founder & President through prioritizing competing demands, applying sound judgment, and calmly juggling multiple projects and logistics.Assist in keeping the Founder & President aligned with his core priorities across the organization by vetting requests of his time.Book and manage all travel arrangements for the Founder & President, and prepare itineraries as appropriate.Manage the calendar of the Founder & President, ensuring priorities are reflected and balance maintained.Organize schedule and travel logistics to maximize effectiveness and minimize conflicts.Ensure all needs are met for speaking engagements of the Founder & President.Anticipate meetings, schedule appointments, transcribe notes, and communicate to all necessary parties.Maintain necessary records and prepare reports as needed in a timely manner.Help the Founder & President build trusted relationships with various internal and external stakeholders.Track meetings for the Founder & President and decisions requiring follow-up.Serve as the primary communication liaison between the Founder & President and Pulse Evangelism Board of Directors.Communicate on behalf of the Founder & President in various meetings and spaces.Communicate to donors on behalf of the Founder & President professionally and confidentially.Keep the Founder & President up to date on all matters of importance.Serve as a resource for Pulse Evangelism staff, including maintaining an understanding of policies and procedures.Additional ResponsibilitiesPersonal and team development opportunities presented by Pulse Evangelism leadership.Assisting and performing all other duties as assigned.Traveling may be required.What You Bring:Education & Experience5+ years of C-Suite level supportHigh School Diploma, requiredKnowledge, Skills, and AbilitiesExcellent organizational and planning skills, with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.Strong written and verbal communication skills.Team player, with the ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.Ability to work independently with little supervision.Digital knowledge, experience, or ability to learn technology.Teachable and able to pick up on new ideas quickly.Ability to pursue and exceed objectives.Personal Characteristics & QualificationsServant heart and attitude, ready to help wherever needed.Flexible and adaptable to changing environments.Dependability, discretion, and confidentiality.Professional demeanor and approach.Follow Jesus, live faith-forward, and agree with the Pulse Evangelism mission.Passionate about evangelism.Model Christian integrity; hard worker with grit.Good steward of resources.How To Apply#J-18808-Ljbffr
