The ideal candidate will have four to seven years’ experience in trust and estate litigation. Must have a strong academic record and excellent professional credentials. Admission to practice law in California required. The successful candidate may work a hybrid schedule, but must be available to appear in person at hearings, depositions, mediations, client meetings, and the like as needed.Compensation:
Fennemore’s compensation is merit-based and varies based upon multiple factors including experience and location. For an attorney with four years’ experience in the Oakland office, the salary range is approximately $187,000 to $191,000 and increases significantly with more experience.
