Sourcing Analyst
to join our team in Carlsbad, CA.WHAT YOU WILL CONTRIBUTE
Responsibilities will primarily revolve around projects and activities intended to support the wider Sourcing team. These duties will include, but are not limited to:Regularly interface with members of the Global Sourcing and Supply Chain teams to actively contribute to Financial and Value Improvement goals.Gather, analyze, and present data on Spend, Savings, Supplier Performance, and Internal Sourcing Performance.Implement process improvements and action plans for supported Sourcing activities.Attend or host meetings as needed to fulfill assigned tasks.Track and analyze commodity trends and costs to develop monthly reports for the wider Supply Chain and Finance Organizations.Implement and become subject matter expert in new and existing Sourcing tools with the intention of training and supporting Sourcing teammates.Lead or support activities aligned with Supplier ESG goals.Occasionally interface with external suppliers to fulfill assigned tasks.Support the Sourcing Department as needed.WHAT WE SEEK
Strong interpersonal skills.Proficient in MS Office or Equivalent (Excel/Sheets, Powerpoint/Slides, OneDrive)Organized and meticulousStrong critical thinking and analytical skillsAbility to learn and leverage multiple applications simultaneouslyEagerness to learn and improveERP experience (Oracle, SAP, or equivalent)ISM CPSM Certification a plusEDUCATION
