Senior Commercial Director of Equipment Solutions

for the John Zink combustion business in the Americas.This high visibility leadership role will lead the engineered equipment commercial teams for our John Zink business, implementing strategies to create value across the entire JZ portfolio and driving integrated product teams to continuously improve P&L performance. This role is ideal for a candidate who works in mutually beneficial ways to drive results and is comfortable challenging the status quo. This role will apply Koch's Principle Based Management (PBM) philosophy to develop a results-oriented team that achieves results through economic thinking, innovation, and collaboration.This role will report to the General Manager for the combustion business in the Americas.

The preference is for this role to be based at our facility in Tulsa, OK.What You Will Do:

Advance a culture where contribution motivated employees increasingly self-actualize by aligning each employee's abilities and interests with value creating opportunities consistent with the business vision.Responsible for engineered solution business strategy for the entire John Zink product line portfolio, including Process Burners, Boiler Burners, Flare Systems, Thermal Oxidation, Flare Gas Recovery, Vapor Control, Landfill & Biogas.Develop and lead strategies to grow profitable sales in the combustion market; maximize value creation by deploying our capabilities toward the best opportunities to create mutual benefit.Drive integrated product teams to improve P&L performance of each product line; develop strong economic thinking on these teams.Identify market/customer trends, unmet market needs and product opportunities that can create value for our customers.Communicate the business strategy to management, project teams, and customers in a clear and compelling way that creates alignment and drives execution.Build strong relationships with customers at all levels to grow sales and manage existing work.Foster partnerships between customers and the internal product development, manufacturing, and management teams.Develop positive working relationships with all internal business stakeholders, teams, and leaders.Coordinate with international counterparts to harmonize workflow best practices.The Experience You Will Bring

Requirements (Basic Qualifications):

Demonstrated capability to effectively construct mutually beneficial relationships and structure bids/deals accordingly - assessment of customer needs, intelligence gathering, bid development and strong economic thinking.Proven leadership capability inclusive of successful change management, talent development and accountability.Demonstrated passion for ideation and innovation, managing complex situations, instilling collaboration and motivating others by creating a shared vision.Ability to quickly grasp technical concepts and understand complex technical and program interdependencies.What Will Put You Ahead

Experience with commercial/business leadership and/or business development.Experience successfully leading a diverse team, working through complex problems to generate superior results.Experience working in the Oil & Gas and/or Chemicals/Petrochemicals industry.Experience developing leaders in a Principle Based Management (PBM) environment.At Koch companies, we are entrepreneurs.
