We are seeking a Patent Associate with a strong background in mechanical engineering, chemistry, or related fields.Key Responsibilities
Working knowledge of MS Office, especially Word and ExcelGood written and oral communication skills in EnglishAbility to work and communicate in a professional mannerAbility to work well within a teamDemonstrate excellent research and analytical skills to review and assess large quantities of dataEffectively articulate technical issues and their solutions in spoken and written formSupport project teams by offering technical, patent, and business dataProficiency in patent, public, and other databasesConduct searches on patentability, validity, invalidity, freedom-to-operate, design search, state of art, market research, landscape (bucketing and patent segregation) up to categorization and infringementDesired Candidate Profile
Completed or pursuing a Master's degree/Bachelor's degree in Mechanical/Biotechnology/B.Pharma/M.Pharma/Chemistry (and relevant specialization)Firm grasp of relevant specialization, concepts & principlesPrevious internship or related experience is a plusCommitment to the continuous improvement of service quality and the organization's visionAdditional Benefits
