What You Will Do:Our

Senior CAD Designer- Residential

will typically work alongside staff engineers, contributing to the design and production of construction drawings for various commercial and residential projects.You will be joining a collection of Land Development experts providing professional services to clients across North America.Here are some key responsibilities and qualifications for this role:Understanding of storm design and storm calculations as it relates to the project.Ability to generate dirt calculations/dirt balances using Autodesk Civil 3D.Knowledge of submitting for agency reviews/approvals as it relates to the project.Complete layouts, plan/profile and detail pages in civil plans using Autodesk Civil 3D.Complete markups/corrections on plan sets.Ability to prepare vertical paving design with detailed knowledge of drainage sheet-flow.Ability to conduct quantity take-offs from plan sets.Quality assurance/quality control in reviewing plan sets.Education | Experience:Minimum QualificationsMust have a minimum of 2+ years working on residential Master planned subdivision work
