Position Summary

The Chief of Staff is responsible for providing strategic management and oversight, supporting executive decision-making, and ensuring alignment across the organization. This role involves managing key projects, overseeing internal and external communications, and facilitating organizational efficiency.

This is a Hybrid position.

Key Responsibilities

Strategic Support & Advisory

Act as a strategic advisor to the CEO and executive team.

Participate in executive meetings, providing insights and proposing actionable plans.

Assist in the development and execution of strategic initiatives.

Project Management

Lead and coordinate special projects and initiatives.

Monitor progress and ensure timely completion of projects.

Manage cross-functional teams to ensure project alignment and success.

Operational Efficiency

Optimize internal processes to improve organizational efficiency.

Develop and implement metrics for tracking organizational performance.

Coordinate activities among various departments to promote cohesion.

Communication & Liaison

Serve as the primary point of contact between the executive office and internal/external stakeholders.

Draft and review communications on behalf of the executive team.

Foster positive relationships with key stakeholders, including board members, clients, and partners.

Organizational Alignment

Ensure alignment of the organization’s goals across all departments.

Facilitate effective collaboration and communication among teams.

Support the CEO in managing the company's culture and employee engagement.

Administrative Oversight

Oversee the executive calendar, schedule, and prioritize commitments.

Prepare briefing materials and reports for executive meetings.

Manage and mentor junior staff within the executive office, if applicable.

Qualifications

Education

Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Management, or related field. MBA or other advanced degrees preferred.

Experience

Minimum of 5 years of experience in a leadership or management role.

Proven track record of managing complex projects and strategic initiatives.

Experience working closely with C-suite executives is highly desirable.

Skills

Exceptional strategic thinking and analytical skills.

Excellent organizational and project management abilities.

Superior written and verbal communication skills.

Strong problem-solving aptitude and ability to navigate complex issues.

Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite or G-Suite.

Work Environment

This position typically operates in an office setting, with occasional travel required.

The role may involve extended hours based on the needs of the executive team and organizational demands.
