The Colorado State University Office of Admissions is seeking

temporary

employees to process applications. This work unit supports the recruitment and admission of students to CSU (Fort Collins).Position Summary:

Temporary processors complete essential data verification and data entry steps as part of processing applications for admission. Typical activities include:Ensuring the integrity and confidentiality of student data with strict FERPA complianceReviewing applications and academic records according to established guidelinesCalculating grade point averages, determining residency and tracking performance indicatorsVerifying data in university systems and performing data maintenance tasksCompleting other special projects as assignedTimeline:

Early October through late December.Hours:

Positions start week of October 7: part-time/training (est. 3-4 hours/day). Starting October 16: Full-time (35-40 h/w: 8am-5pm M-F).Pay:

$16 – $17 per hour. This position includes limited sick leave per state of Colorado regulations.Location:

Full-time on campus (Fort Collins) OR full-time remote (in Colorado). Individuals who request to work remotely must have access to workspace that meets University requirements and must make appropriate arrangements for dependent care during agreed-upon work hours.We will discuss workspace, computer equipment and tech support with applicants invited to interview.Position Minimum Qualifications:High school diploma or equivalent; college preferredDemonstrated computer proficiencyPreferred Qualifications:Experience with student information systems, database systems, data entry, data verification and/or compliance projectsHigh level of accuracy and attention to detailStrong organizational skills with the ability to balance volume, speed and qualityDemonstrated ability to work independently to meet performance indicatorsEmployee Benefits:
