With over $1.5 billion in annual sales and a commitment to its workforce, Kokosing is the winning team.Job Description:Kokosing Inc. is in search of a Bilingual Recruiter that will support company efforts to recruit, develop, and retain trade/craft professionals. This pivotal role will be responsible for the development and implementation of our corporate recruiting strategies in the Mid-Atlantic region.Source potential candidates from various online channels (e.g. social media, job boards, network events, job fairs, and professional platforms)Develop and execute recruiting plans and strategies to attract qualified candidatesConduct full-cycle recruitment activities, including sourcing, screening, interviewing, and assist with selecting candidatesCraft recruiting job postings to attract candidates for all positions including hard to fill positionsAdvertise job openings on company's careers page, social media, job boards and internallyBuild and maintain a pipeline of potential candidates for future job openingsScreen incoming resumes and application formsProvide guidance and support to hiring managers on best practices for interviewing and candidate selectionProvide shortlists of qualified candidates to hiring managersSend job offer emails and answer queries about compensation and benefitsStay current on industry trends and best practices in talent acquisitionParticipate in job fairs and partner with local trade schoolsAct as a consultant to new hires and help them onboardMaintain accurate and up-to-date candidate records in the applicant tracking systemEnsure compliance with employment labor laws and company policies throughout the recruitment processPerform other duties as assigned.Qualifications:Education and Experience:Associates or Bachelor's degree in HR or Business Administration or HR Certification (PHR/ SPHR, SHRM- CP/ SCP)At least 3 years' experience working as a Recruiter.Construction recruiting strongly preferred.Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities:Fluent in Spanish (bilingual) in reading, writing, speaking.Knowledge of employment/HR lawProficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)Knowledge of labor legislation and state federal lawExcellent verbal and written communication skillsWorks well under pressure and meets tight deadlines.Excellent organizational and time-management skillsAbility to work independently with minimal supervisionFamiliarity with applicant tracking systems (Workday preferred)Ability to function well in a high-paced and at times stressful environment.Ability to build rapport with candidatesExcellent organizational skills and attention to detail.Must have strong interpersonal & time management skills.Kokosing is an equal employment opportunity/affirmative action federal and state contractor.
