Ithaca College is excited to announce the search for the Director of the Office of Religious and Spiritual Life (ORSL) position overseeing the Office. The Director will provide administrative leadership, direction, and oversight for the ORSL. The key responsibilities include: Ensuring religious communities contribute to the College's mission of inclusion and equity by affirming the openness and acceptance of all. Developing and leading interfaith sponsored programming and providing guidance for programs and activities sponsored by religious communities. Administering the budget and overseeing expenditures for programs and operations implemented by ORSL. Providing counsel to students, faculty, and staff. Developing and supporting inclusive religious and spiritual initiatives and capacity building as they relate to the overall well-being of the campus community. Bringing a depth of understanding of religious spirituality, as well as spirituality, mindfulness, and meaning-making outside of faith traditions. Working in collaboration and partnership with members of Ithaca College and the local community. For full consideration, applications should be received by May 13, 2022.
