The Investment Team provides centralized insight for the Advisors and Firm on all aspects of asset allocation, portfolio construction, manager selection and due diligence, trading and capital markets assumptions, among other areas. Within Investments, the Trading Team is hiring for a dynamic Associate. Intellectual energy and rigor are "have to haves" for this role; previous trading or wealth management experience is a "nice to have." As a key member of a relatively small but critical team, the role will provide immediate exposure to internal investment personnel, senior management, and to Advisors and their clients.Responsibilities:Provide support to the Senior Traders and Investment TeamLearn our trading system, TamaracLearn our model portfolios and understand how to rebalance portfolios to be consistent with models and our investment philosophyServe as a resource to Advisors for anything trading-relatedWork with other functional areas (Client Services, Advisors, Technology, etc) supporting client retention and growthSupport portfolio management-related projects and research with Senior Traders and broader Investment Team membersQualifications:Completed or pursuing CAIA, CIMA, CFA, or CFP preferredBachelor’s degree in finance or related fieldContinuously exhibits personal integrity and professional initiativeReliable, follows through on commitments, self-starter when it comes to new challengesOrganized, detail-oriented and able to manage and prioritize tasksDemonstrates a commitment to accuracy and delivering high quality workExcellent written and verbal communication skillsCollaborative and able to work effectively with othersFlexible team player who is highly adaptable to change and open to new ideasProficiency in Microsoft Office, especially ExcelWhat We Offer:NFP, an Aon company, and Wealthspire Advisors is proud to offer a competitive salary, PTO & paid holidays, 401(k) with match, exclusive discount programs, health & wellness programs, and more.
