Role Overview:

As a Real Estate/Business Attorney at our firm, you will play a key role in advising clients on a wide range of real estate and business transactions. You will have the opportunity to work closely with clients, providing them with practical legal advice and guidance to help them achieve their business objectives. This position offers the chance to work on diverse and challenging matters in a collaborative and supportive environment.

Key Responsibilities:

Provide legal counsel to clients on real estate transactions, including acquisitions, dispositions, leasing, and financing.

Draft and negotiate a variety of real estate and business agreements, contracts, and documents.

Conduct due diligence and review legal documents to ensure compliance with relevant laws and regulations.

Advise clients on business formation, governance, and compliance matters.

Handle real estate and business-related disputes and litigation as needed.

Stay abreast of developments in real estate and business law to provide clients with informed and strategic advice.

Build and maintain strong client relationships through exceptional service and communication.

Qualifications:

Juris Doctor (JD) degree from an accredited law school.

Admission to the bar in [State].

A minimum of 6 years of experience practicing law, with a focus on real estate and/or business transactions.

Transactional experience in real estate and business law is preferred.

Strong analytical, negotiation, and communication skills.

Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
