Achronix is seeking a dynamic and results-driven Business Development Manager to join our sales team. This individual will be responsible for identifying market opportunities and developing new automatic speech recognition (ASR) and AI-ML inference acceleration solution business strategies, market analysis, engagement planning, and activities. This individual will build strong partnerships with potential clients and industry partners, and initiate customer engagements. The objective of this position is to promote and expand the market exposure of Achronix ASR and AI-ML/LLM inference acceleration solutions that ultimately drive the adoption of Achronix technology and revenue growth.The ideal candidate should have deep domain knowledge of ASR, natural language processing, and AI-ML/LLM inference markets and applications, as well as experience with cloud and hybrid cloud deployment models. The candidate also should have a proven track record in business development management, facilitate cross-functional collaborations, and have a passion for technology and innovation.Key Responsibilities

Market research – Conduct market research to assess potential SAM/TAM of targeted customers, to identify potential clients and industry trends, focusing on opportunities to expand the adoption of our speech recognition technology and AI-ML Inferencing acceleration solutions.Lead generation – Develop and execute strategies for lead generation and prospecting, utilizing various channels such as professional social networking platforms, online research, email outreach campaigns, webinars, online/in-person trade events, and direct contacts.Client and partner engagements – Build and maintain strong relationships with key decision-makers and stakeholders in target organizations and industry partners. Understand their business needs and challenges to position our solutions effectively.Business development and sales strategies – Work with Achronix Product Planning to define ASR and AI-ML Acceleration feature requirements based on customer and partner feedback to drive market adoption and share gain. Work with Marketing to develop and implement business development, sales strategies, and pricing models to secure ASR/AI-ML Inference related design wins. Present and demonstrate the value of our ASR speech recognition and AI-ML/LLM Inference acceleration solutions to potential clients.Proposal development – Work with Achronix Marketing to prepare and deliver compelling proposals, presentations, and product demonstrations tailored to the specific needs of each client or partner in the ASR and AI-ML/LLM application space.Collaboration – Work closely with cross-functional teams, including product development engineering and Marketing, to align business development and sales efforts with overall company objectives.Negotiation and closing – Lead contract negotiations and work with the Sales team to close opportunities to achieve sales goals, ensuring mutually beneficial agreements for both the client and the company.Customer feedback – Gather feedback from clients to inform product development and improve service offerings, ensuring customer satisfaction and long-term partnerships.Required Skills

Strong understanding of speech recognition technology and LLM plus its applications across different industries.Proven track record of meeting or exceeding set targets and driving business growth.Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.Ability to build and maintain relationships with senior-level executives.Self-motivated, with a strong sense of initiative and the ability to work independently.Willingness to travel as needed.Education and Experience

Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.3+ years of experience in business development or sales, preferably in ASR/NLP/AI-ML inference technology or software solutions.
