Utilize global SDMs to create a SDM shift rota and handover plan for 24x7 support in NA, EMEA, and APAC regions. Monitor and manage MSP to ensure the delivery of high-quality support and services. Continuously improve and optimize the environment through automation and best practices. Develop reports and dashboards to provide visibility of performance against agreed SLAs, RPO, RTO, standards, and controls. Measure the organization and MSP against the agreed SoW, SLAs, RPO, RTO, standards, and controls. Ensure that the organization is delivering robust, secure, available, maintained, and reliable services. #LI-DNIPosition requires a Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Electronic Engineering, Information Systems or a related STEM field, followed by 5 years of progressively responsible experience managing UNIX, Windows, and VMware operations in a complex enterprise environment. Experience must include a minimum of: 5 years of experience with UNIX operating systems, Windows Server, and VMware virtualization technologies; 5 years of experience managing and leading a team of engineers and administrators; 5 years of experience managing and leading MSPs; 5 years of experience with IT service management (ITSM) frameworks and processes; 5 years of experience with monitoring and alerting tools and incident management systems; and 5 years of experience in managing service level agreements (SLAs) and driving continuous service improvement.
