DutiesThis position is located in our Office of Chief Counsel. As a Paralegal Specialist, you will:Support the Chief Counsel, Deputy Chief Counsel(s), and attorneys in the office in all legal matters relevant to FinCEN, including litigation, rulemaking and related policy work, employment, ethics, and Freedom of Information and Privacy Act (FOIA/PA) matters.Support sensitive matters and requests relating to the U.S. anti-money laundering and countering the financing of terrorism regimes, as well as associated law enforcement and national security issues, requiring access to Secret Information.Provide assorted paralegal assistance to attorneys within OCC, with an emphasis on case management for litigation, rulemaking, and information (FOIA/PA) matters.
