JOB SUMMARYUnder the direction of the Chief Academic Officer, this leader creates a vision and strategy focused on ensuring all students have the support needed to focus on learning in the classroom. Services provided by this team will support all divisions and campuses across the district. This includes overseeing the Wrap Around services department, including oversight of Wrap Around Specialists on campuses to ensure all kids have basic needs met. This also includes supporting Health and Medical services on campuses, providing support for high quality Counseling programs, and supporting Crisis Management across the district. This role promotes a streamlined approach to ensuring that the non-academic and social-emotional needs of students are being met to maximize academic student outcomes and reports directly to the Chief Academic Officer.Qualifications:EDUCATION:
Master’s Degree in education, counseling, student affairs, or a related fieldWORK EXPERIENCE:
Minimum of 5 years of experience; Extensive experience in leadership positions within a school system or educational organizationSalary Range:
