Joint All-Domain Command and Control (JADC2) Engineer
with backgrounds in supporting the Government in the planning and execution of large technology programs. Successful applicants for these contingent positions will support the Office of the Secretary of Defense in Hawaii. This position supporting the DoD’s Assault Breaker II (ABII) program require candidates with experience leading the planning and execution of complex mission and systems analysis efforts including technology analysis and assessment, system definition, systems analysis, systems architecture development and architecture products for systems of systems (SoS), kill chain analysis, analysis to define capability gaps, modeling and simulation activities for mission improvement, and Logistics support of DoD systems.Required Qualifications:MS or Master of Engineering (ME) degree in engineering or related technical discipline8-10 years of relevant experienceCurrent DoD TOP SECRET clearance with SCI eligibilityExperience leading the planning and execution of complex mission and systems analysis effortsExperience supporting technical, managerial, or operational fieldsStrong oral and written communication skillsExperience communicating, interfacing, and interacting with Joint Staff, Services, and warfighters on topics associated with engineering and analysisDesired Qualifications:15+ years of relevant experienceExperience supporting the Office of the Secretary of Defense and/or DARPAExperience with the Assault Breaker programThis position is contingent upon award of a contract (one base year + four option years) expected in October 2024 supporting the Department of Defense.COMPANY INFORMATION:Applied Research Associates, Inc. is an employee-owned international research and engineering company recognized for providing technically superior solutions to complex and challenging problems in the physical sciences.
