Cultural & Attractions Marketing Manager
is responsible for directly supporting the needs, goals, and projects of the division.Assist in the creation and maintenance of annual marketing and applicable social media calendars for each brand.Schedule marketing meetings, create agendas, and manage relationships between clients, unit management, and marketing.Attend open house events/promotional events and site visits.Assist in the ordering, creation, and packaging of client gifts.Manage marketing and promotional budgets and ensure profit margins are maintained when applicable.Maintain calendar of events.Communicate with sales, culinary, and operations staff as needed to ensure understanding of projects, menus, and client needs related to marketing events; attend applicable unit BEO meetings weekly.Schedule, plan, and assist with photo shoots and asset creation.Schedule, plan, and assist with focus groups, unit audits, and surveys.Create and implement auditing checklists for marketing, merchandising, and signage in units.Responsible for the inventory for branding/packaging/collateral.Responsible for the coordination, development, and project management of all C&A collateral pieces.What you'll be doing:
Cultural & Attractions Marketing Manager
is responsible for working as a member of a cohesive creative team that supports the Vice President of Sales, Marketing, and Creative Development and helps to meet their project deadlines related to marketing for C&A.
Marketing Manager
maintains a positive, “win-win” attitude, always working to improve the execution and timeliness of their team/projects.Meet and/or exceed deadline goals for C&A Marketing Projects and Annual Marketing Plans.Maintain budget parameters on all projects.Clear and timely communication with all departments related to marketing projects.The

will be responsible for communicating CCG and Lancer procedures, standards, and expectations to all staff when on-site for promotional/marketing events.The

is a “face” of CCG and Lancer when on-site at events. They are responsible for bringing issues to the attention of management and/or clearly communicating problems when they arise.What we're looking for:
