The

Systems Analyst, Business Systems

reports to the Director, Business Systems

and fills a key role on the Business Systems team at SimpliSafe. You will be responsible for the operations and support of the

Coupa

procurement and system through reporting and desk procedures as well as support

NetSuite ERP . The ideal candidate will be a self-reliant person who is self-aware, organized, responsible and shows an enthusiastic attitude. As a

Systems Analyst , you will play a crucial role in maintaining and improving our financial systems.WHAT YOU’LL DO:

Procurement systems daily operations, including but not limited to transaction processing and troubleshooting, payment processing and troubleshooting, user access management and quality control.Coupa and NetSuite systems reporting for diagnostics, system support, and maintenance.Provide internal customer support for both Coupa and NetSuite. Manage incident tickets on a daily basis and provide weekly performance reports.Complete procurement processes review and suggest improvements.Ad-hoc report creationAdheres to team standards regarding the Project Delivery ProcessWorks with the Product Owner to establish reasonable milestones and manage time effectivelyWHAT YOU’LL NEED:

Bachelor's degree in Information Systems, Computer Science or related technical discipline or equivalent.Up to 4 years of relevant work experience as a Financial Systems AnalystSolid knowledge of relational databases, including Oracle.Proficiency in SQL, MS Suite (especially Excel), and reporting platforms like TableauExperience with ERP systems (esp. NetSuite), procurement systems (esp. Coupa), and other business applications are a plus.Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with attention to detailExcellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage and collaborate with diverse stakeholders.Proven ability working independently with minimal guidanceAbility to adapt to a fast-paced and dynamic work environment.Familiarity with industry-standard tools (e.g., Jira, Confluence) is a plus.What Values You’ll Share
