Job Description:Bespoke Technologies is seeking four Portfolio Analysis and Integration Specialists in Bethesda, MD. Successful candidates in this position will collaborate with a diverse group of individuals and will directly contribute to development and implementation of business analytics efforts.
Primary Responsibilities:Keep abreast of data and related strategies, business goals, objectives, and performance targets, and make recommendations to keep the organization's strategy aligned accordingly.Portfolio Management - Monitor and analyze portfolio data and present findings and recommendations to aid decision-making, to include proposed strategies and/or roadmaps; identified risks, gaps, and dependencies; alignment with the strategic framework and priorities; and funding and related program issues.Strategic Planning – support the evolution of the strategic direction and priorities.Performance Management – ensure the strategy is effectively and efficiently pursued, using best practices and benchmarking in analytics.Lead outreach with partners on data interoperability requirements.Assist client with programmatic goals and objectives, schedules, and reports.Communicate technical topics to non-technical senior audiences.Basic Qualifications:
JOURNEYMAN Level - Typically requires a BA degree and 4 – 8 years of prior relevant experience or Masters with 2 – 6 years of prior relevant experience. SENIOR Level - Typically requires a BA degree and 8 – 12 years of prior relevant experience or Masters with 6 – 10 years of prior relevant experience. SME Level - Typically requires a BA degree and 12 – 15 years of prior relevant experience or Masters with 10 – 13 years of prior relevant experience.Draft products that reflect strong writing and grammatical skills.Working knowledge of data and AI topics.Provide audience-appropriate written and verbal communications and demonstrate strong interpersonal and customer service skills.Work with seniors in a diverse, fast-paced, multi-task environment and manage competing priorities.Demonstrate strong communication, analytical, and organizational skills.Produce deliverables in multiple formats as needed (e.g., Excel, Word, PowerPoint).Apply: 909 - Portfolio Analysis and Integration SpecialistAttach resume as .pdf, .doc, .docx, .odt, .txt, or .rtf (limit 5MB) or paste resume.
