Head Tennis Coach, Upper School - Lipscomb Academy

Duties of the Lipscomb Academy Head High School Tennis Coach/Dir of Tennis:Develop and implement training program for tennis players of all skill levels.Organize and conduct practice sessions with a balance of skill development, fitness and strategy.Provide individualized coaching to advance player performance.Lead and manage coaching staff.Promote sportsmanship, teamwork and a positive attitude both on and off the court.Engage with the Lipscomb community to promote the tennis program engaging our youngest athletes thru high school.Fully support and carry out the mission of Lipscomb Academy.Qualifications:Experience as a tennis coach with success at the high school level or higher.In-depth knowledge of tennis techniques, rules and strategies.Strong leadership and communication skills.Ability to motivate and inspire high school athletes.
