Our practice is devoted exclusively to the representation of corporations, insurers and self-insureds in the defense of litigated matters.Role Objective:Kiernan Trebach LLP is seeking Accounting Clerk to join our accounting department in our Washington, DC office.Role Responsibilities:This position will be part of a team responsible for multiple functions in the accounting operations of our mid-sized law firm including: Payables, Receivables and Billing.Desired Experience, Education & Licensure:Experience generating client billing, in a law firm setting, with an emphasis on electronic billing is preferred.A working knowledge of coding and entering payables, and general accounting functions, practices and procedures is a plus.Microsoft office proficiency.Attention to detail and adept at using multiple computer systems.Possess excellent communication skills.Strong organizational skills with the ability to prioritize and meet deadlines.Benefits for Full-Time:PTO / Sick Leave Accrual401(k) & Profit SharingLife and AD&D InsuranceFlex Spending Program**Kiernan Trebach LLP is an equal opportunity employer.
