Senior Real Estate Partnerships Associate
to support the growth of our Boston market!As a
Senior Real Estate Partnerships Associate , you will help us develop partnerships with developers, property managers and investors to identify assets and apartments that align with Blueground’s specifications and standards for us to operate. In this process, you will spend your time analyzing the local multifamily market, identifying strategic partners that enable our portfolio to grow in a capital-efficient manner and manage our existing portfolio of assets. If you are a professional who possesses great interest in commercial and multifamily real estate, with strong analytical and communications skills then this role may be for you!What you will focus on:Researching and sourcing qualified multifamily owners, operators and assets in the market as strategic targets for our portfolioCreating a business development plan for your market and networking with local, regional, and institutional multifamily firmsPitching Blueground’s value proposition as a multifamily partner and the benefits our product and services offer to developers, investors and management firmsNegotiating contracts with our prospective and existing multifamily partners in accordance with company proceduresManaging our existing portfolio of properties, including contract renewals, overseeing data integration into our property management system, and any ad hoc analyses and projects.What we are looking for:Bachelor's degree in business administration, management or an adjacent/related disciplineA minimum of 3 years of working experience in multifamily or commercial real estateA real estate license will be considered a plus but it is not a requirementKnowledge of the Boston multifamily marketStrong communication skills and with an eye-to-detail approachQuick thinker and dealmakerLooking to work on a small, tightly-knit team who is self-motivated to make an impact and take initiativeCompetitive salary and quarterly performance bonus ($65,000 - $74,000 and up to 40% quarterly performance bonus).
