We are looking for a Manager to support our Data Insights and Forensics team. As a Manager, you will provide management, business consulting, and technology consulting to Global 1000 clients on a wide range of projects, including contract management, matter management/eBilling, and IP management. You will lead client engagements by developing improved business processes, evaluating and selecting technology, and leading all aspects of process and technology implementation. Kroll’s Information Management and Governance practice assists corporate legal departments, law firms, and governmental agencies improve business performance, spend management, and organizational effectiveness on a sustainable basis through services that focus on Contract Management, Information Lifecycle Management, Innovation Asset Management, and Legal Operations.Day to Day Responsibilities:Leading projects and managing teams of people to fulfill project needsLeading delivery of services, financial management, and overall quality of servicesContributing to developing new service and product offeringsAssisting with business development activitiesBusiness Analysis including process design, requirements gathering, and functional designChange managementSystem design and implementationWillingness to travel to client sites as neededKnowledge of large organization business processes and systems, particularly legal processes and systemsAbout KrollJoin the global leader in risk and financial advisory solutions—Kroll.
