Associate Counsel

to join our internal legal team in providing support for legal and compliance matters. The ideal candidate will have 2-6 years of transactional experience in real estate (including real estate finance) and corporate law. This individual will lead complex development transactions (purchases and dispositions) and in such capacity, will draft and review legal documents, assist with organizational compliance, and will support and counsel internal teams relating to real estate issues.
