Act as the primary point of contact for all client accounts, including:Analyzing web data to monitor website performance and identify areas of opportunityExecuting CRO activities to help achieve overall marking goals and objectives for assigned clientsDeveloping and implementing A/B and multivariate testsProviding data-backed hypotheses and translating testing results into clear, actionable insights for clients and internal team membersConducting UX research through both qualitative and quantitative methodsEditing and improving copy for use on the webMaking regular updates to client websites/blogs using popular web CMS platforms.Working with a cross-functional team to optimize the impact of paid media campaigns and SEO effortsProject manage new product page creation, working cross-functionally to finalize elements from copy to photos and design assets.Proactively seeking frameworks and tools to increase efficiency in your workYou are someone who:Has a proven track record of measurable success in CRO, with 5+ years of experience in digital marketingPossesses deep expertise in conversion rate optimization, including A/B testing, multivariate testing, and user experience optimization across various digital platforms (websites, mobile apps, email)Has a strong grasp on CRO methodologies, including A/B testing, multivariate testing, user experience optimization, and data-driven design principlesDemonstrates strong analytical skills and data-driven decision-making abilitiesExcels in client communication and relationship management, able to articulate complex CRO concepts to both technical and non-technical stakeholdersStays ahead of industry trends, proactively pivoting strategies to meet your client's needs in the ever-evolving digital landscapeIs passionate about driving measurable results and business growth, with a keen eye for identifying high-impact optimization opportunitiesHas a talent for adapting CRO strategies to work effectively in both standalone projects and as part of broader, cross-channel marketing initiativesAdapts quickly to changing circumstances, demonstrating flexibility and an open attitude towards new approaches and strategiesPrior Experience:5+ years of experience in CRO services, and at least 3 years at an agencyExperience with CRO tools and methodologies (e.g., Google Optimize, VWO, Convert, A/B testing)Experience with heat mapping / user behavior tracking softwares (e.g. Clarity, HotJar)Experience with leveraging AI tools (e.g. ChatGPT, Perplexity.ai, Claude)Strong understanding of web analytics platforms (e.g., Google Analytics, Adobe Analytics, GSC)HTML/CSS/Javascript is helpful, but not required.Compensation and Benefits:
