Our investors include Keith Rabois of Khosla Ventures (formerly of Founders Fund, CEO at Opendoor, former COO of Square), Kevin Hartz (Co-founder/CEO of Xoom and Eventbrite) of A* Capital, The Chainsmokers, The Weeknd, and more.Your RoleWe're looking for someone excited to lead transformative projects that enhance user experiences and streamline operations within our dynamic engineering team. As an Engineering Program Manager, you'll play a key role in driving company-wide strategies, working closely with our engineering leaders to address scaling challenges, and implementing innovative solutions. You'll be involved in strategic analysis, contribute to goal-setting, and ensure the success of projects from start to finish across teams.What You'll DoPartner with senior leaders to lead and implement company-wide strategic projects.Conduct strategic analysis to drive meaningful changes, designing and deploying complex business and engineering processes.Collaborate closely with our Head of Engineering to define and guide the strategy and roadmap for the organization.Use your technical knowledge to engage with engineering and product teams, ensuring project progress, timelines, and deliverables are met.Communicate effectively, using your presentation skills to keep all teams informed and aligned on the progress of initiatives.Manage partnerships and gather requirements with external partners and vendors.What We're Looking For5 to 8 years of experience as an engineering program manager in a fast-paced environment.Bonus Points ForExperience in Consumer Fintech and startups.Experience in customer-facing roles.Proven ability to influence engineering roadmap decisions.Company Values
