Day to Day Responsibilities
Lead and manage daily operations of job crews.
Ensure compliance with safety standards and company policies.
Oversee and improve work quality and efficiency.
Coordinate materials, tools, and job site organization.
Apply National Electrical Code knowledge.
Support pre-bidding and bidding processes.
Qualifications for Success
High School diploma or GED.
10+ years as an Industrial Electrician, 2+ years as a Foreman.
NCCER certification or State License preferred.
Proficient in BMS/EPMS systems and NEC/OSHA standards.
Ability to perform physical tasks and work in various weather conditions.
