Account Executive

We’re seeking a passionate, driven and positive Account Executive that is looking for a role with an advertising or medical communications agency to join our team. This individual should be excited about working as a group and independently and hungry to learn, grow and advance.
Our work is focused on communicating to doctors and consumers about pharmaceutical treatments that are being developed so that people can get the care they need—in short, it’s work you can feel pretty good about.

Responsibilities include:
You will be working on three accounts at a time and will need to manage the following for all of them with the guidance and support of your supervisor and team:
Build a strong working knowledge of clients: including therapeutic areas, product attributes and brand plan.
Learn and be the expert on the in’s and out’s of your specific clients’ working styles and requirements.
Project Management: Including marking up changes, scheduling meetings, working with PM’s on updating schedules, status reports and project management systems.
Administrative duties, such as managing weekly client status calls, coordinating logistics for meetings, Zoom calls and detailed note taking and call reports development.
Assisting with and eventually owning Legal and Regulatory Review Submissions
Working with the creative and medical team to ensure accuracy of all changes and client updates, as well as submitting materials for proof reading and implementing changes.
Skills:
Must be detail oriented, very organized and able to manage multiple clients and projects.
Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite of products is required.
Excellent interpersonal, verbal and written skills are required.
Ideally have some knowledge of website development along with other mediums.
Requirements
Bachelor’s degree required - ideally in related communications field
Minimum of 1 year working in a pharma agency or related role
