Chief Operating Officer Qualifications:Effective communicator that can make complicated issues understandableThe ability to see the big picture and manage the small detailsBachelor's degree or equivalent, ideally in hospitality or business administration with an advanced degree or M.B.A preferred10+ years in the Restaurant Industry with a progressive resume3+ years of Senior Director/Vice President/COO ExperienceAbility to identify opportunities and create and execute goals to improve the processAttracting and developing top talent with a proven approach to succession planning and company-wide growthDesire to be in the field working in restaurants, not in an office!The ability to travel between the 4 locations from Fort Lauderdale to Miami
