Reporting to the Director of GTM Strategy & Operations and working directly with HoneyBook’s CMO, as well as closely with other cross-functional teams, you will ensure that our GTM strategy and operations resonate with our market and members, are efficient, data-driven, and aligned with our overall business objectives.Here are a few of the things you will work on:Strategic Planning and Development:Develop and implement comprehensive marketing strategies based on market trends, consumer behavior, and competitor activities.Partner with functional leaders to set clear objectives and KPIs for marketing campaigns.Campaign Management:Support the development of marketing plans, ensuring alignment with strategic goals.Oversee the execution and optimization of marketing campaigns and partnerships across multiple channels.Data Analysis and Reporting:Analyze marketing data and performance metrics to identify trends, insights, and improvement opportunities.Create reports and presentations for the CMO, including retrospectives and QBRs with team leaders.Collaboration and Stakeholder Management:Effectively communicate with and manage relationships with cross-functional stakeholders across different teams and time zones.Develop templates and processes to enhance GTM operating efficiency and effectiveness.Drive effective communication of plans and results including weekly and monthly reviews, and quarterly investor presentations.Here is what we’re looking for in a candidate:Analytical and Data-Driven : Proven ability to gather and analyze marketing data, generating actionable insights that drive strategy.Problem Structuring : Demonstrated experience in structuring plans to address complex and ambiguous business challenges.Communication Skills : Exceptional written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to effectively collaborate with cross-functional teams across time zones.Organizational Skills : Highly organized with a track record of implementing processes that improve efficiency.Ownership and Accountability : Proactive approach to project management, taking full responsibility for ensuring that all initiatives are delivered on time and meet targets.First Principles Thinking : Strong critical thinking skills, with the ability to tackle unfamiliar challenges by applying first principles reasoning.The good stuff:Mission-driven:

Base pay: $132,000 - 165,000 + Equity
