This is a bonus eligible position!Essential Job Functions:Create and maintain a customer-driven hotel with a customer-keeping vision that inspires the hotel employees to do their best.Oversee the quality process to ensure customer satisfaction by consistent delivery of both product quality and service in accordance with the hotel’s revenue-driven culture.Participate in community affairs and maintain positive public image.Make judgments and implement changes to maximize profits; supervise the development of and revision to budgets and forecasts.Meet with potential and current clients and promote hotel.Travel to attend corporate meetings, sales trips and serve on committees such as Safety Committee.Qualifications:Graduation from an accredited college or university with a bachelor’s degree in hospitality management or a related degree supplemented by three to five years of experience in the hospitality industry, of which two years includes directorial experience or an equivalent combination of training and experience.A minimum of 5 years of Director of Operations or equivalent experience required.Exempt Full-Time position with the flexibility to work days, nights, weekends and holidays.Spire Hospitality, LLC is an Equal Opportunity Employer, including people with disabilities and veterans.
