Additionally, a broad understanding of customer solutions, industry best practices, and trends within utilities is desired. Leads or supports major transformation projects and serves as a key customer-facing member of an Infosys Utilities Consulting team. Contributes to the development of solutions to solve business problems and increase adoption of Infosys driven solutions. This position is responsible for delivering actionable value across the Utilities ecosystem.Key ResponsibilitiesProject manager and/or team leader capable of driving many/most of the following AMI activities:AMI system planning and implementationOutage management system implementation (through links with GIS and real-time consumer status)Distribution asset management programs including equipment health assessment and condition-based maintenanceAdvanced distribution management systems (distribution automation, integrated operation of DER, micro-grid operation, self-healing, etc.)Improvement of mobile workforce management and operationsNew opportunities for consumer choice and new retail servicesImprovements to power quality issuesDistribution system support of transmission operations (transmission congestion relief, voltage support, loss reduction)Basic QualificationsBachelor’s degree or foreign equivalent required in Engineering or Information Technology EngineeringAt least 7 years of experience with listed responsibilities and skill setsAt least 5 years’ experience fulfilling key roles on AMI programsShould be able to develop AMI business processes and associated system use cases; includes As-Is and To-Be processesMust be a team playerExcellent analytical skills and communication skillsAll candidates must be willing and able to travel up to 100%, depending on client requirementsU.S. citizens and those authorized to work in the U.S. are encouraged to apply.
