Job descriptionTechnology & Transformation – Oracle Cloud ERP Financials ConsultantPerforms advisory and implementation services to address business needs throughout the enterprise leveraging Oracle ERP. Manages complex large-scale implementations within our Oracle ERP practice. This role is expected to substantially focus on Oracle ERP Cloud implementation work, but may also involve other Oracle applications (EBS, PeopleSoft, etc.). Additionally, the role will require assistance in business development and practice development.ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

Assist in full life cycle implementations including planning, design, & build phasesResponsible for documenting business requirements, system design and transformational goalsConfigure applications and conduct iterative unit testingHelp to create training materials and quick reference guides to support user adoptionConduct training classes to prepare end users for deploymentProvide post-production supportManage full life cycle implementationsManage resources and budget on client projectsManage teams in the identification of business requirements, functional design, process design (including scenario design, flow mapping), prototyping, testing, training, defining support proceduresIdentify business opportunities to increase usability and profitability of information architectureExperience with program leadership, governance and change enablementMeet or exceed targeted billing hours (utilization)Assist practice leadership in creating proposals, budgets, and work plans. Participate in other business development activities as appropriateInterview campus and/or experienced candidatesOther duties as assignedQualifications:

Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, Information Technology, MIS or related field required. A Master’s degree is a plus.6 to 10 years of related work experience in Oracle with exposure to Cloud in a similar consulting practice or function servicing cross-industry clients at a national level2 years of hands on Oracle Cloud implementation experienceExperience leading a project with various applications including Financials, SCM or similarExcellent verbal and written communication skillsKnowledge of software development lifecycles, key metrics and reportsExperience with Enterprise Application Integration & back-end data connectivity applicationsExperience installing/configuring/implementing Oracle ApplicationsProven ability delivering complex and time sensitive projectsStrong leadership skills; able to conduct meetings and write technically oriented documentsAble to work with clients to understand current state processes and define future state processes based on business objectivesExperience managing complex full-life cycle technology projectsProven experience with program leadership, governance and change enablementPrior experience managing resources and budgets on client projectsExperience development of statements of work and/or client proposalsMust be able to scope out the effort and cost for an enterprise reporting solutionAbility to define how an enterprise information system will align with the organization’s business and strategic objectivesMust have eagerness to mentor junior staffAbility to work additional hours and travel to client sites on short notice, as neededTravel percentage: up to 100%You Will Enjoy:An opportunity to be a part of a great culture, an awesome team, a challenging work environment, and some fun along the way!Apply today to learn more and be part of our Growth story.Department: ScoutThis is a full time position
