Effectively coach a team of Product ManagersDevelop strong relationships with stakeholdersPartner with the directors User Experience/Design and Software Engineering to establish a product strategy that ties back to the product visionHigh level of business acumen, building partnerships and trust across multiple channelsAble to cast long term vision of Product Management at Ramsey SolutionsSkills Needed to Win:
5+ years of current experience leading and coaching strong Digital Product Managers3+ years as an individual contributor as a Digital Product ManagerExcellent communication skills with the ability to build partnerships and influences at all levelsThe ability to galvanize your team on the vision of our products and Product Management as a wholeFollowing the teachings of Marty Cagan's Empowered and Inspired booksSalary: $130,000 - $155,000/year* + profit sharing + benefits*Range depends on level of skill and overall experience.It's a calling, and we're on a mission to change lives.
