Asset management, customer growth and maintenance, revenue production, personnel development, and inventory control are key result areas of this position. The Big 5 is done daily.ReportingReports directly to the Regional ManagerPrimary ResponsibilitiesThe Acquisition and Maintenance of CustomersLearn recruiting and staffing procedures for a storeLearn to close all lease agreements properlyAssist with completion of quality control calls on all new lease agreements within 1 business day of deliveryResponsible for all renewal activityAssist with physically monitoring the back door whenever inventory movement occursLearn to facilitate and reconcile inventories by Wednesday of every weekAssist with return authorizationSafeguard all company assetsEnsure accurate and timely bank depositsMaintain company vehicles within safe operating standardsAssist with training and developing of store associatesAchieve planned growth and profit goalsLearn and execute all customer service programs, company guidelines, and policiesProvide a safe, clean environment for customers and associatesEnsure adequate availability of merchandise at all timesAccurately report financial measures and transactionsPlan and organize to meet or exceed forecasted financial goalsEnsure published hours of store operations are metEnsure all returned merchandise is certified, reclassified, and priced.RequirementsMinimum of 3 years of prior specialty retail management experienceStrong leadership skillsGood communication and interpersonal skillsProfessional appearanceHigh level of energyDemonstrated selling skillsEffective organizational skillsLicensure and Background requirementsSatisfactory MVR (driving record), D.O.T. physical/certification in states that require it, a valid Driver’s License, and compliance with the Company’s Driver Qualification PolicyAaron’s Total RewardsOur team members are our greatest asset.
