As a member of the Kargo team, you will play a pivotal role in fueling our growth. Working closely with our Head of Marketing and Commercial Team, you'll be responsible for developing and executing strategies to identify, attract, and nurture potential leads, ensuring a robust pipeline.ResponsibilitiesSupport Kargo’s enterprise business by sourcing, lead and demand generation, and providing data insights to sales leaders.Work closely with our sales team, providing tactical marketing support to unlock new opportunities to our largest accounts.Design, execute, and optimize campaigns across channels including email, social media, PPC, and more.Manage HubSpot Marketing and Sales Hubs, optimizing features for lead/pipeline management, marketing automation, tracking and reporting.Track, analyze and report on KPIs, utilizing data-driven insights to optimize campaigns and refine strategies.Own and execute best in class Account Based Marketing programs while serving as a center of excellence for enterprise marketing strategy.Experience2+ years experience in sales, growth, or B2B marketing.Experience with SQL, python, and/or other data analysis tools.Ability to manage multiple tasks and achieve quality results on time, while working under tight deadlines.Competitive, self-starter and works well within a team environment.High level of interest in technology and supply chain management.Bachelor's Degree or the equivalent experience in a technical discipline preferred.Kargo is an equal opportunity/affirmative action employer committed to an inclusive and diverse workplace.
