The
Marketing Associate
will collaborate with the Marketing Coordinator and Brand Manager to accomplish marketing tasks and initiatives in both the Mass Market and Contract Manufacturing departments. This person will perform administrative duties for the marketing team, be familiar with standard concepts, practices, and procedures within a particular field.Responsibilities :Administrative tradeshow support for coordinating all international and domestic tradeshows.Tasks include but are not limited to the following:Coordination and execution of logistical tasks with sensitive deadlines as provided by the Marketing Coordinator.Coordinate the hire of contractors for event set-up and breakdown.Order booth utilities, electricity, janitorial services, furniture, etc.Coordination of staff travel and accommodations and all other detailed logistical tasks.Assist the marketing coordinator in passing along leads to the sales team.Search for interesting content within the contract manufacturing/Health space that can be shared with customers on social media platforms.Create reports on trending topics and articles that can be shared, ways to elevate the RP brand.Create and execute a marketing calendar of original engaging content and campaigns.Increase brand awareness measured by follows and likes.Maintain consistent posting to Facebook, Twitter, and LinkedIn.Research articles for content updates and coordinate with content writer to execute.Coordinate Robinson Pharma events updates, such as tradeshows and special occasions, and work with DRM to create separate landing pages per event.Ensure RP website is consistently up to date and periodically audit for accuracy and industry standing. Perform bi-monthly web audits.Coordinate uploading of press releases and newsletters when approved content is provided by the Marketing team.Attention to detail, ability to prioritize work, and multi-task.Demonstrate good attendance and punctuality.Qualifications
:2-3 years of work experience in Marketing.High School Diploma.Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with detail-oriented organizational skills. Bilingual in Vietnamese + English a plus!Ability to utilize basic computer software such as Microsoft Office, Excel, PowerPoint, Word, and Outlook.Adapt to a fast-paced work environment and deal with multiple critical tasks/issues.Pay and Structure Benefits
