Key Responsibilities

As a Product Manager, you will be responsible for all aspects of product development and roadmap planning. This includes delivery of large initiatives end-to-end while partnering with multiple teams (tech and non-tech) across Amazon. It is imperative that you gain a deep functional understanding of our systems and be able to speak to them. You will be expected to make appropriate tradeoffs to optimize time-to-market, clearly communicate goals, roles, responsibilities, and desired outcomes to internal cross-functional and remote project teams. You will be expected to thrive and succeed in an entrepreneurial environment, and not be hindered by ambiguity or conflicting priorities. This means you are not only able to develop and drive high-level critical initiatives, but can also roll up your sleeves, dig in and get the job done. As a Product Manager, you will anticipate bottlenecks, provide escalation management, anticipate and make tradeoffs, and balance the business needs versus technical constraints. An ability to take large, complex projects and break them down into manageable pieces, develop functional specifications, then deliver them in a successful and timely manner is expected. Maturity, high judgment, negotiation skills, ability to influence, analytical talent and leadership are essential to success in this role. Define go-to-market strategy and drive the success of the products. Clearly define and communicate product/service requirements, gain support from internal stakeholders and external partners. Establish strong relationship and trust with local and global stakeholders. BASIC QUALIFICATIONS

5+ years of product or program management, product marketing, business development or technology experience Bachelor's degree or equivalent Experience owning/driving roadmap strategy and definition Experience with end-to-end product delivery PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS

Experience in influencing senior leadership through data driven insights Experience working across functional teams and senior stakeholders Experience owning feature delivery and tradeoffs of a product Experience in using statistical analysis to identify issues or opportunities for improvement Amazon is committed to a diverse and inclusive workplace. The base pay for this position ranges from $124,500/year in our lowest geographic market up to $206,000/year in our highest geographic market. Pay is based on a number of factors including market location and may vary depending on job-related knowledge, skills, and experience. Amazon is a total compensation company. Dependent on the position offered, equity, sign-on payments, and other forms of compensation may be provided as part of a total compensation package, in addition to a full range of medical, financial, and/or other benefits.
