Job Overview :We are seeking an Entry Level Corporate Counsel to join our dynamic legal team. The successful candidate will support the legal department by advising management on various legal matters, managing the Company’s litigation, and ensuring compliance with relevant laws and regulations. This role involves collaborating with external counsel and internal departments to safeguard the organization from legal risks and streamline legal processes.Key Responsibilities :Provide legal advice and guidance to the legal department and management on a variety of legal matters, mitigating risk and ensuring compliance with legal obligations.Assist in managing the Company's litigation, including coordination and oversight of external counsel, ensuring effective communication and comprehensive information sharing between internal teams and outside counsel.Research and analyze relevant laws, regulations, and case precedents to support business decisions and ensure compliance with applicable legal standards.Assist with internal investigations, regulatory inquiries, and provide legal responses to various departments and external agencies.Develop and refine internal legal processes to increase departmental efficiency, support business teams during litigation, and mitigate risks through standardized procedures and documentation.Maintain accurate and thorough documentation of all legal activities, including case files and communications related to ongoing litigation and legal matters.Qualifications :Juris Doctor (J.D.) from an ABA-accredited law school within the United States.Strong legal research and analytical skills.Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively across multiple departments.Ability to handle sensitive and confidential information with discretion and professionalism.Proficient organizational and documentation skills, with strong attention to detail.Eagerness to develop legal acumen and grow within a corporate legal environment.Preferred Experience :Familiarity with corporate law, litigation, or regulatory compliance is a plus, but not required.Experience in managing litigation or working with external counsel is a plus.This is an exciting opportunity for a recent law graduate to begin their legal career within a fast-paced, growing company, and contribute meaningfully to the organization’s legal operations.
