The overall mission of the Store Manager is to be a leader within the LensCrafters organization. The Store Manager delivers key performance indicators by integrating the Brand Story and ensuring flawless execution of the customer experience.MAJOR DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES

Ensure the LensCrafters team provides unsurpassed Customer ServiceProvide training and coaching to the team leveraging Company provided programsAnalyze reporting to create and implement action plans to improve store KPIs, including:NPS – Net Promoter Score; % Sales to Plan; Customer Count; Complete Pair; Labor; Training Saturation; Exam Growth; and othersAttract and hire a highly engaged team to ensure the store has the right people in the right place at the right timePartner with the Doctor of Optometry to elevate the customer and patient experience and drive store KPIsTake pride in the store and guide the team to execute all operational, inventory, and visual tasks to guidelines flawlessly to ensure the best customer and patient experienceEnsure all Company approved safety programs are implemented and maintained consistently per standards in order to maintain a safe and FUN working environmentBASIC QUALIFICATIONS

High School graduate or equivalent4+ years management/supervisory experienceComprehensive knowledge of operations, processes and business implicationsStrong influencing and negotiating skillsTeam building and management skillsKnowledge of current optical theory and merchandiseStrong communicator and listenerStrong basic math skills (addition, subtraction, multiplication, division)Sales skillsFamiliarity with cash registers, computers and calculatorsAbility to manage time under aggressive deadlinesPREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS

College degree or equivalentState licensure (if applicable) and/or ABO Certification in non-licensed statesLensCrafters Final Inspector CertificationLensCrafters Quality, Fitting and Adjusting ProgramPrevious experience in customer service and retailKnowledge of current store merchandiseHigh level of business acumen to include detailed knowledge of LC DashboardEmployee pay is determined by multiple factors, including geography, experience, qualifications, skills and local minimum wage requirements.
