The Human Resources Services Director translates the strategies and overall direction of the Chief People Officer into projects or activities for HRS in collaboration with the Learning and Organizational Development function. He/She oversees the day-to-day HRS operations, ensuring effective implementation of HR policies and a ‘partnership approach’ to internal clients.
Qualifications
Bachelor’s Degree in Human Resource, Computer Science, or any relevant degree; Certified Human Resource Practitioner (CHRP) Proven work experience in a management function in a complex organization and/or functional business unit Responsibilities
Familiarity with Labor Code Develops supporting systems and implements policies and HR technology that focus on improved efficiency and effectiveness to meet the Institute’s current and future HR needs. Plans, directs, and manages all aspects of HR operations such as Talent Acquisition, Onboarding, Employee Engagement, Total Rewards, and HRIS to meet objectives set in schools/support groups or HR plans and/or as agreed with internal clients, analyzing risks and ensuring compliance to labor laws. Champions and promotes employee wellness and provides case management support in areas of grievance and discipline. Performs line management function to HR staff. Leads key, major HR projects to deliver specific objectives and changes. Application Process
