As the Idaho US Expansion (ID1) Training Documentation Specialist, you will provide site support for training and development programs, systems, compliance, and strategy. Your responsibilities will include support of project management and, when needed, you may also facilitate company training, maintain training records, materials, and forms, and assist in the presentation of material for different initiatives.

Additionally, this role will be integral in defining and facilitating training documentation review and initiation sessions. In this role, you will identify objectives, establish timelines, resolve allocation of resources, and conduct evaluation measures to understand efficiency.

Position will require relocation to Boise as this role will be integral to the successes of our Boise, Idaho expansion efforts. Relocation assistance available.

Data Classification SupportAct as ID1 WFD (Workforce development) SME for data classificationInventory and classification of data/documentation for ID1 WFDOngoing consultation and communication of responsibilities and requirements of data managementClassify data for respective areas within business, as directed by the Classification OwnerReview the type of data being generated or processed by the business area and assign appropriate classification levelDevelop and lead the Data Inventory (Mapping) documentDocumentation Lifecycle

Ensure accurate documentation including adhering to appropriate standards, crafting, and modifying graphics and images and proofreading all documentation to remain errorless. (get rid of the three separate bullets)Ensure that all controlled documents are associated with active learning items in LMS (Learning Management System) as well as monitor and follow up on documentation change requestsWork with subject matter authorities to develop and maintain standard operating procedures and work instructionsRole/Organization Validation

Complete ad hoc curricula learning item composition and team member assignmentsConduct annual review of each team member's core and area curricula assignments for Boise-based ID1 team members and make corrections as the need arisesReview each team members' assigned curricula and remove inapplicable curriculaExtract and categorize data for analysis, visualization, and decision makingOutline data analysis strategy & document evaluation planProgram Ownership

Communicate roles, responsibilities, and expectations to partnersBuild and maintain a program strategy and three-year roadmap to include program scope, goals, breakthroughs, and deliverablesDetail key business processes, guidelines, and standardsEnsure BKMs (Best Known Methods) are identified and coordinated into programs where possibleEstablish metrics, set targets, collect data, and measure resultsGather department requirements/needs for assigned programIdentify program gaps or discrepancies that exist and outline appropriate interventions to addressProject Manager

Assure project alignment with organizational goalsBuild project charter with problem statement, scope, objectives, measures, and targetsBuild, publish, and refresh reports on an agreed-upon cadence by partnersDevelop the work breakdown structure to include achievements, deliverables, schedule, critical path, communication, and recovery plansEvaluate project efficiency in meeting objectives, deliverables, and achievementsEducation

Bachelor's or equivalent experienceAppropriate PM Certifications/TrainingsRequired Experience

3 years in workforce development (preference for semiconductor domain) focusing on technical documentation and technical training.Preferred Experience

Experience with PSM/RMP systems.Experience leading the technical documentation process of new systems, equipment, process, and tool installation.5 years of experience with a high-volume manufacturing and production site.
