Our FirmVTC Insurance Group is Michigan's largest independent surety bond and insurance agency, fully licensed to provide tailored coverage to businesses, individuals, and families throughout all 50 states. OverviewWe seek an experienced B2B sales professional focusing on commercial lines Property & Casualty (P&C) consulting services for middle-market businesses in Michigan. The right candidate would feel comfortable selling to senior-level executives and business owners. This is in the B2B market, using a highly consultative sales approach. You will be targeting CFOs, CEOs, and other high-level executives. If you can't see yourself in a consultative selling environment offering proposals from $250K- $1.5MM, this position is not for you.
The OpportunityWe are hiring as a direct result of our commitment to reaching our aggressive organic growth objectives. We will provide you with the right training and a true mentor who is a senior partner in our agency. Our process provides an unparalleled framework for training, development, and personal growth objectives.
SalaryThe starting salary is $75k - $100k, depending on the candidate's experience and skill set, plus commission on new business revenue (40%) and renewal business revenue (30%). We prefer candidates who want to double their income, but not overnight. To achieve this level of success, you cannot be afraid of prospecting to C-level professionals who may have never heard of our firm.
