Senior Software Engineer

Description: NSI requires a Senior Software Engineer to support the F-35 JPO Program Office. The Software Engineer will work high-visibility or mission critical aspects of a given program and performs all functional duties independently. Will oversee the efforts of less senior staff and/or be responsible for the efforts of all staff assigned to a specific job. Performs implementation, regular problem solving, maintenance, and support for an agile software development.
Responsibilities:Design, modification, development, and documentation for implementing software programming applications for target system using agile methods.Write source codes for new applications, and/or generating and enhancing code samples for existing applications.Utilize automated testing tools to perform the testing and maintenance.Acquire client requirements, resolve workflow problems through automation optimization.
Location: Lexington Park, MD
Education: MS or MA degree preferred.
Experience: At least 10 years of relevant experience.
