Qualifications and Education Requirements:

Education: Bachelor's degree or higher in Computer Science or a related field.Experience:

10+ years of experience developing web applications using C#,.NET Core, LINQ, Azure, SQL, EF, and Vue.js (or similar frameworks).Lead an agile team with a focus on software development excellence and Scrum best practices.Experience leading Scrum teams, ensuring adherence to burndowns, story pointing, and other Scrum artifacts.Experience in writing and consuming RESTful API services.Knowledge of SQL and relational database modeling.Work independently with minimal supervision in a team-oriented environment.Self-managed with a proven track record of meeting deadlines.Time management and organizational skills, setting a example for the team.Accuracy and attention to detail skills.

Job Summary: Orion180 is seeking an experienced Full-Stack Software Developer to elevate our cutting-edge insurance web application. This pivotal role involves leading an agile team to develop robust and innovative features that enhance our platform.

Role and Responsibilities: All employees are expected to adhere to Orion180's operational standards, security protocols, and attendance requirements. The following criteria represent the essential knowledge, skills, and abilities necessary for successful job performance:

Write well-designed, unit-testable, secure, maintainable, and efficient code.Develop across our technology stack, including front-end, middle-tier API layer, and SQL database on MS Azure.Follow product requirements and UX/UI guidelines in Vue.js development.Build REST endpoints using C# and.NET Core.Contribute code in Entity Framework (EF), LINQ, and SQL queries.Write comprehensive unit tests to ensure code quality.Commit to project plans, SDLC processes, and adhere to company and industry coding standards.Collaborate and communicate professionally with Agile team members and stakeholders.Follow through on expectations set by the Product Owner, Scrum Master, and Manager.Meet or exceed sprint commitments and deliverables.Document design deliverables, including flow diagrams and relational models.Perform code reviews and provide technical guidance to teammates.Assist the manager with team members' goals and performance reviews.
