CDL B Driver

Royal Hawaiian Movers, Trucking and Freight division, Oahu operations, is searching for a highly motivated CDL B Freight Delivery Driver on Oahu. If you are a high performer and want to join a dynamic company with over 250 employees and locations on all the major Hawaiian Islands with plenty of future growth opportunities. This is a key position in our organization requiring focused attention on shipping details, and the ability to communicate effectively with customers, coworkers, and clients. The ideal candidate has excellent customer service skills and can work well under pressure while remaining focused.

Location: 2250 Alahao Place, Honolulu, Hawaii 96819 Schedule: Monday to Friday, 6:30am to 3:00pm Compensation: $24 to $27 per hour

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

Responsible for the safe, accurate, and timely delivery of assigned routes

``` - Communicate professionally with customers/clients, visitors, and co-workers

``` - Conduct pre/post-trips on all equipment

``` - Adhere and follow ALL company safety?practices, policies and procedures, including Federal and State laws

``` - Load and unload deliveries/pick-ups

```{=html}

``` - Be able to assist in warehouse when needed

``` - Have a flexible schedule

```{=html}

``` - Follow detailed instructions

```{=html}

``` - Other duties as assigned

``` - Provide Excellent customer service

``` - Communicate professionally with customers and co-workers.

``` - Report all damages and/or injuries immediately

```{=html}

``` - Must comply with all Department of Transportation (DOT) regulations, including hours of service rules

Required Skills and Abilities:

CDL B License, or higher

``` - Clean driver history record?

```{=html}

``` - Hazardous Materials Endorsement (HAZMAT) required

```{=html}

``` - TWIC card preferred

```{=html}

``` - Existing medical card

```{=html}

``` - Safe and defensive driving skills are a must

``` - Applicant must be able to successfully pass both a pre-employment background and drug test.
