Job Title:
Senior Digital Analytics SpecialistCompensation:
The hourly rate for this role is between $41.00 - 68.00, on experience
Duration:
Contract through March 2026
Position Type:
40-HR work weekWork Setting:
100% remote in EST or CST
Responsibilities:
Create fact-based reports, analyze data for the Bank's digital portfolio, and develop methodologies to evaluate digital opportunities.Improve reporting efficiency through dashboards and automated processesProvide recommendations for acquisition and retention strategiesCollaborate with business partners to integrate recommendations into strategies.Work with Digital Marketing teams to develop measurement strategies, training business partners in analytics, adhering to risk and regulatory standards, and promoting diversity within the Bank.Job Requirements
Required Skills / Qualifications:
Bachelors degree and a minimum of 4 years marketing, product management, financial, analytics, and/or data management experience, or in lieu of a degree, a combined minimum of 8 years higher education and/or work experience, including a minimum of 4 years marketing, product management, financial, analytics and/or data management experienceKnowledge of statistical concepts.
Proven analytical skills.Experience compiling and interpreting technical information.Experience presenting to a non-technical audience.
Strong verbal and written communication skills.
Preferred Skills / Qualifications:
Masters degree is preferred
