Key Responsibilities:Check and identify worn or dirty parts on spray guns to ensure proper proper functionMatch or detect differences between colors, including shades of color and brightness; ensuring it matches specificationsDetermine any special hanging, masking, painting, or packaging requirements per specificationsSupervise production line operation in accordance with plant policies and proceduresTrain and coach production line employees including training on safety and housekeepingCoordinate production startups, shutdowns, and changeovers
Job Qualifications:Must have some high school or equivalent experience.Must have the ability to read/write and understand both verbal and written work instructions, work orders and customer specifications.Must demonstrate high level of eye/hand coordination and manual dexterity.Must be able to Lift up to 50 pounds on a regular basis, stand for all or most of a regular work shift.Must have and wear protective gear designated for the department.
